Parrots Perch is the theme of the recently built outdoor and indoor water park hotel, which is called Coco Keys. This indoor/outdoor resort  is similar to Nickelodeon hotel but instead of being an outside water park, Coco Keys is an indoor water resort.

Coco Key is divided into 3 sections.
Minnow Lagoon is an interactive play island that includes several slides and water canons. In the center of the play island is a 400-gallon dump bucket that drops tons and tons water every 30 minutes of the day. I think the best part of this main section is the dump bucket, but that’s just my opinion.
But if you are someone who came with younger children ages ranging from 1 to 6 there’s the section called Coco Beach. It’s a huge 2ft to 3ft pool right under the canopy with small slides, a hot tub, and water falls. It’s a great experience for children that love playing in water but don’t like being in the sun.
Coral Reef Cove was my favorite part because I’m a person who likes rides and slides. There are 3 signature water slides. One of them is the Boomerange. It’s a two person tube ride that has a mega drop when you’re first on, the it throws you up onto the other part of the slide like a skating ramp and you slide back down into water that slows you down to a stop. The next one is Over the Falls which is a super speed body ride (tube’s are not needed) that has different twirls and drops. It’s dark in the inside but you come out so fast that you see the sun right away (orange and blue). Surfer Splash is a 1 or 2 person tube slide that has a few twists and turns with a small drop at the bottom to slow you down (it’s all yellow). Those slides are not located under canopy.
If you’re not interested in slides, dump buckets and water canons, the hotel has a relaxing and quiet sun bathing pool. There are several cabanas and a hot tub (there is no extra charge, the pool is free to everyone). For the adults who like to have a drink there’s a tiki bar that serves different types of wines and another drinks. There’s lots of places to eat such as Pizza Hut and more.
Let’s not forget if your another person who doesn’t like water, there’s an inside game room filled with different games such as Dance Dance Extreme and Guitar Hero and two mini-bowling lanes, air hockey and multiple games for younger kids as well. Games are paid for with a re-loadable game card.
